I’m not here to plan a certain type of wedding. I’m here to plan your wedding. My job is to bring your love story to life, whether it’s on a big stage or an intimate one, we celebrate it all.

DIFY Events stands for Do It For You. It’s the foundation of everything we do and how we center ourselves with our couples and throughout the planning process. We don’t care what the newest trend is and we especially don’t care about how many people have opinions about what you should do on your wedding day. The only opinion that matters here is yours.

When people asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always had three answers: a chef, some kind of “-ologist” (zoologist, marine biologist, anthropologist—you name it), or a wedding planner. We made one of them happen.

It all started back in 4th grade when my mom was planning her wedding. I tagged along to planning meetings, flipped through binders full of linen swatches and floral inspo, and something just clicked. Aside from this being one of the happiest days of her life (the first was when I was born, duh!), there was something about the process that lit a spark in me. Not in a “I can’t wait to plan my wedding” kind of way—but in a “this is what I want to do for other people” kind of way.

There’s something magical about helping people bring their vision to life and being invited into a once-in-a-lifetime moment. You get to witness pure joy. And that never gets old. Your love story is personal. You’ve trusted me to help run one of the biggest days of your life, and you can be damn sure I’m gonna do it proudly.

Planning Style

I’m not here to plan a certain type of wedding. I’m here to plan your wedding.

Louisiana Traditional Wedding.

Back when I was a middle school science teacher, people used to ask what my teaching style was. My answer? “Whatever gets the kids excited about science.” And that’s exactly how I approach weddings.

No first dance? Cool with me. A live jam session at your reception? Been there, LOVED that. Want to go full traditional with a classic black-tie vibe? Let’s make it timeless.

At the end of the day, my job is to plan your day, not a Pinterest perfect one. I’ll never push you into a mold that doesn’t feel right.

  • DIFY Events offers wedding planning services in:

    • Louisiana: New Orleans and Baton Rouge 

    • Texas: Austin, Houston, and DFW


  • YES! We love elopements. We don’t have a specific elopement package because we build it out specific to your needs. We work closely with a photographer and we will include photography in your package if you like! 

  • Hell yeah! As much as I trust my assistants - I’m the one you’ve been working with so I’m the one who’s going to be there. I got you! 

  • Yes! We go where your love story takes us!

  • It all depends on the year! But we aim to take no more than 20 weddings a year - 4 of those weddings being full-service planning! 

  • For right now, yes. But if you have something in mind - let’s chat! I’m always ready to get out of my comfort zone.
