From there, we’ll build your timeline, take over vendor communication, and tie up all those loose ends you haven’t even thought of yet.

You’re engaged, thrilled… and already overwhelmed. That’s where we come in. From day one to wedding day, we take the reins of managing logistics, designing the aesthetic, and guiding every decision with care. Just hand us your budget and your vibe, and we’ll take it from there. Be as involved (or hands-off) as you want.

What’s the booking process?

Zoom, phone call, carrier pigeon…you name it. We’ll hop on a call to talk about all things wedding: what you’re envisioning, what kind of support you’re looking for, and how we can bring your day to life.

After our call, I’ll send over a customized follow-up with package details and notes from our convo. You’ll have time to review, ask questions, and make sure everything feels just right.

WOOHOO! If you decide we’re the fit for you I’ll send over the contract and invoice for the retainer. Once that’s signed and squared away, we’re officially on and ready to start planning the best day ever!
